The contrast between 40a-b ; is therefore expected. 3.4. The other patterns of DOC verbs. We have so far given an account of the DOC, saying that verbs subject to the DOC cannot case-mark a DP which they do not also -mark. In this section attention is being paid to the other structures of these verbs, which are not blocked by the DOC. a ; The Nom + Inf construction is not problematic, being altogether like the analysis of seem, appear, happen, etc., in that the main verb is not involved in case-marking the infinitive subject. Hence the DOC is inoperant. The passive is an ergative configuration; SSR applies for reasons of case and to check the EPP feature of the matrix Tense, etc. 43 ; a. B. Continuation of pregnancy If a woman becomes pregnant with MIRENA in place and if MIRENA cannot be removed or the woman chooses not to have it removed, she should be warned that failure to remove MIRENA increases the risk of miscarriage, sepsis, premature labor and premature delivery. She should be followed closely and advised to report immediately any flu-like symptoms, fever, chills, cramping, pain, bleeding, vaginal discharge or leakage of fluid. c. Long-term effects and congenital anomalies When pregnancy continues with MIRENA in place, long-term effects on the offspring are unknown. Because of the intrauterine administration of levonorgestrel and local exposure to the hormone, the possibility of teratogenicity following exposure to MIRENA, especially virilization, cannot be completely excluded. Clinical experience with the outcomes of pregnancies is limited due to the small number of reported pregnancies following exposure to MIRENA. Congenital anomalies have occurred infrequently when MIRENA has been in place during pregnancy. In these cases the role of MIRENA in the development of the congenital anomalies is unknown. As of September 1999, 32 live births following exposure to MIRENA were reported retrospectively. All but 2 of the infants were healthy at birth. One infant had pulmonary artery hypoplasia and another infant had cystic hypoplastic kidneys. A sibling of this infant had renal agenesis with no MIRENA exposure. ; 3. Sepsis As of 1999, four cases of Group A streptococcal sepsis GAS ; out of an estimated 1.3 million MIRENA users were reported. All four women experienced the symptom of severe pain within hours of insertion, and this was followed by sepsis within a few days of insertion ; . All recovered with treatment. Since death from GAS is more likely if treatment is delayed, it is important to be aware of these rare but serious infections. Aseptic technique during MIRENA insertion is essential. GAS sepsis can also occur postpartum, after minor surgery, in wounds and in association with other IUDs. ; 4. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease PID ; MIRENA is contraindicated in the presence of known or suspected PID or in women with a history of PID unless there has been a subsequent intrauterine pregnancy. Use of IUDs has been associated with an increased risk of PID. The highest risk of PID occurs shortly after insertion usually within the first 20 days thereafter ; see PRECAUTIONS, Insertion Precautions ; . A decision to use MIRENA must include consideration of the risks of PID. a. Women at increased risk for PID PID is often associated with a sexually transmitted disease, and MIRENA does not protect against sexually transmitted disease. The risk of PID is greater for women who have multiple sexual partners, and also for women whose sexual partner s ; have multiple sexual partners. Women who have ever had PID are at increased risk for a recurrence or re-infection. b. PID warning to MIRENA users All women who choose MIRENA must be informed prior to insertion about the possibility of PID and that PID can cause tubal damage leading to ectopic pregnancy or infertility, or in infrequent cases can necessitate hysterectomy, or can cause death. Patients must be taught to recognize and report to their physician promptly any symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease. These symptoms include development of menstrual disorders prolonged or heavy bleeding ; , unusual vaginal discharge, abdominal or pelvic pain or tenderness, dyspareunia, chills, and fever. c. Asymptomatic PID PID may be asymptomatic but still result in tubal damage and its sequelae. 3.

Selection and preparation of mountaineers and people of other special groups to work in mountains in conditions of the reduced partial oxygen pressure hypoxybaria ; is going in few following stages. 1 ; Stage of clinical and physical checkup in dispensary. 2 ; Special investigation during the elevation in altitudechamber and during the loading tests. 3 ; Tracking of adaptation process to the high mountain conditions. 4 ; Using of mathematical models of hypoxic states. Estimations of function efficacy for the oxygen transport system on all phases were done: mental, physical, aerobic, anaerobic efficiency, adaptive and adapted states, stress conditions, cool resistance and others. The special system of the estimation of human states was elaborated, the states were estimated in points. At the beginning the estimations of all organism systems are done, further we did the final summation of all points taking into account the contribution value % ; of each parameter. Such approach allowed us to predict the reliability of organism functioning in extreme conditions and to prepare more than ten successful expeditions to high mountains round 8 thousand meters ; in The Himalayas and licorice.
A Functional Fer2: GFP Fusion Protein Localizes to the Plasma Membrane and Is Expressed at a Specific Stage during Plant Colonization To analyze the expression of fer2 during biotrophic growth and to study the localization of the fer2 gene product, we fused enhanced green fluorescent protein eGFP ; to the C terminus of Fer2. The respective strains FB1fer2: eGFP and FB2fer2: eGFP were as proficient in tumor induction as their progenitor strains, which illustrates that the fusion protein is functional data not shown ; . In low-iron medium, the fusion protein localized mainly to the plasma membrane Figure 6B ; . When cells were grown in medium supplemented with iron, no GFP fluorescence was detectable Figure 6B ; . To study the expression pattern during infection, plants were inoculated with a mixture of FB1fer2: eGFP and FB2fer2: eGFP grown in YEPSL medium see Methods ; , which provides iron in sufficient concentration to repress fer2 gene expression data not shown ; . fer2 expression could not be detected in infection structures on the leaf surface and during biotrophic growth until day 5 after infection data not shown ; . On day 6, characteristic staining of the plasma membrane was observed in lobed, branched hyphae Figure 6C ; . This stage has been described to precede sporulation Snetselaar and Mims, 1994; Banuett and Herskowitz, 1996 ; . At later stages, expression of fer2 could no longer be detected data not shown ; . These data indicate that starting with cells that are pregrown in iron-containing medium, fer2 gene expression is restricted to a narrow phase of fungal development within the plant tissue.
Contraceptive implants offer women many advantages that can suit their reproductive intentions and that make continued use easy 8, 19, 3, ; : Highly-effective. Far fewer than one pregnancy per 00 users five per 0, 000 ; is expected during the first year of using levonorgestrel implants. A small risk of pregnancy remains beyond the first year of use and continues as long as the woman is using implants. Overall, in five years of Jadelle use, one pregnancy per 00 users can be expected. Similar rates have been found for Sino-Implant II ; 25 ; . In three years of Implanon use, less than one pregnancy per 00 users can be expected 46, 3, 124 ; . Convenient. The exact mechanism of action of hormonal emergency contraception is unknown. Levonorgestrel is believed to act as an emergency contraceptive by preventing ovulation or fertilization, inhibiting implantation by altering the endometrium, with one study concluding that levonorgestrel most often inhibits ovulation.3 More recent studies demonstrate that levonorg and lomefloxacin.
